Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was a breeze. The superior twin room was surprisingly spacious (1 double bed, 1 single bed), even by international standards. Breakfast was simple but hearty and delicious.

Rooms & facilities were very clean and quite spacious too. The staff were very friendly too. We did not use it due to time constraint but there is a lounge, gym, and coin laundry at the hotel too. Breakfast was also included which was good. The hotel is also walking distance to the station.

Free gym to use while clothes were washing and drying. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Shower was great. Amenities in the room made it comfortable to stay. Great value for money.

It’s not in a particularly beautiful area. It’s like the Slough of Niigata. Still, it’s priced accordingly and we were fine about it.
